Second floor of the Grand Victorian you will find the garden bedroom & bathroom suite just past the library. This is a very quiet and serene space Comfortable Queen bed, custom built in desk. TV, Keurig, mini refrigerator, microwave. Large new sunny private bathroom with roomy mirrored closet doors. Very enjoyable space!

Absolutely gorgeous room and the access to back garden was stunning. The library is sprawling and great to spend time in. Wish I had more time to spend in the garden as well. The room is very well appointed and cosy. The bathroom takes the cake, its huge and super well equipped. Will surely be back again.

I had a delightful stay at Springer's Grand Lady Victorian. The serene garden bedroom suite was beautiful, comfortable, and sparkling clean, with a large private bathroom. The garden was an absolute tranquil gem. Springer's impressive library and art collection added a unique, enjoyable dimension to my stay. I will absolutely book again when I'm in SF. Every time I visit SF I always stay in the Presidio. I've stayed on both ends and I can't pick a favorite side! Springer's place is right on Sacramento, which felt really safe because it's full of galleries, hair and nail salons, cafes and more. My favorite part of staying on this side of the Presidio is the short walk to Alta Plaza Park, the Wood Line and Fillmore Street. As for the Airbnb, I loved looking out into the garden and the HUGE bathroom! Springer checked in throughout my stay and made me feel taken care of.

Springer's home was an amazing find in Pacific Heights! The location is on a wonderful street with lots of shops and restaurants all within a short walking distance. She is one of the best hosts I've had in all of the years of staying in Airbnbs - she checked in daily to see if we needed anything and was super responsive when we had questions. Our room was very comfortable with fun artwork and a comfy sitting room that opened to a nice private garden. In addition, the bathroom was very spacious and decorated beautifully. We already miss seeing Higgins :) and can't wait to come back for our next visit!

This was such a perfect place to stay while I visited family. Such a treat with the library and garden oasis. It had everything I needed and was quiet and peaceful. Springer was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
