Great neighborhood with many eateries and shops. Mostly you will find nannyies pushing baby strollers, folks walking dogs, designers shopping for clients. For hustle bustle walk 7 blocks to Fillmore or Nopa.

Delightful sunny room with private hallway bathroom. TV, Microwave, mini Fridge, Coffee, tea, Instant Oatmeal, -Brita-snacks. Secretary desk/dresser. Fast internet. You are welcome to spend time in my library.

Other Details to Note

This is an old Victorian..sounds and cooking aromas waft throughout- please do not microwave popcorn, Chinese food, pizza , bacon anything that has strong odor.

My fourth stay here and its obvious grand victorian is well cared for. Host has thought of every detail necessary for a stay without being overly cluttered. Bedding, towels and carpeting clean and fresh.

My mother stayed here when visiting. Here is what she said: "I stayed at this delightful restored Victorian property for five nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to San Fran. The bedroom was super clean, well furnished, and had lots of little touches, such as a tray of edible treats, which I really appreciated as I came in after a late flight. Keyless check-in and a very safe neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants around, and it is a very walkable area. I met Springer, the host, and she was just lovely.

This is one of my very best experiences at an Airbnb! Beautiful, safe location with extremely thoughtful and communicative host. My stay was in order to be close to Kaiser Hospital where my family member was hospitalized. It was so close and easy to come and go. Springer was exceptionally accommodating and kind when I needed to extend my stay. I couldn’t be happier. Very cool neighborhood to explore!
