Great neighborhood with many eateries and shops. Mostly you will find nannyies pushing baby strollers, folks walking dogs, designers shopping for clients. For hustle bustle walk 7 blocks to Fillmore or Nopa.

Delightful sunny room with a private bathroom located in the hallway. TV, Microwave, mini Fridge, Coffee, Instant Oatmeal, -Britta, snacks. Secretary desk/dresser. You are welcome to spend time in my library.

Other Details to Note

This is an old Victorian..sounds and cooking aromas waft throughout- please do not microwave popcorn, Chinese food, pizza , bacon anything that has strong odor.

Had a lovely stay at the Grand Lady Victorian. Springer communicated proactively and was very helpful if I had any questions. The location was great—cute neighborhood with easy access to public transit.

Wonderful stay. This beautiful home is decorated impeccably. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accommodations were excellent. Host is very responsive. I’ll plan to stay there again next time I’m in San Francisco.

My fourth stay here and its obvious grand victorian is well cared for. Host has thought of every detail necessary for a stay without being overly cluttered. Bedding, towels and carpeting clean and fresh.
