This is a great Pacific Heights neighborhood with shops and eateries. You can walk to the Presidio or take the nearby bus downtown. On the same block, you can see a movie at the Vogue Theater. Pickleball in the Presido! Wash and fold laundry service 1/2 block.

Good to know

Located at the rear of the building and on the top floor of my home enjoy a full one bedroom apartment all to yourself! Enjoy the view of greenery from the dining room balcony. Hummingbirds and red-cheeked parrots squawk as they fly overhead to the Presidio. Gas fireplace in the living room for the chilly months. The bathroom has a jet tub and towel heater. The bedroom has plenty of television, Xfinity channels, Wi-Fi, closet space, and a comfortable queen bed. The pleasant European kitchen has a gas stove, Miele dishwasher, and Subzero refrigerator. It's an enjoyable space!

Springer's apt is impeccable! Everything is of the highest quality and in good taste. The kitchen and bathroom are better than in our apartment! Location is great, lots to do within walking distance. If you are looking for a quality stay, Springer's apt is the way to go! Carlos

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit the city. We have stayed in this beautiful apartment before and will definitely be back again. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Lots of cute shops and restaurants. Springer is a great host!

The Grand Lady Victorian exceeded our expectations! The home is spacious, charming, and cozy, blending vintage character with modern touches. We visited in January, and while there’s no central heat, the fireplace kept the living room warm — just pack warm pajamas and slippers. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the private patio was perfect for morning coffee. A cute coffee shop just 2 minutes away serves amazing brunch items — a must-try! Metered parking was easy right outside, though we mostly used ride-shares since everything was just 5-20 minutes away. The queen bed, while not a king, was clean and comfy, and the quiet, well-kept neighborhood felt very safe. The area has plenty of dining options and charm, making it the perfect home base for exploring SF. Lastly, the host, Springer, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again — it’s well worth the price!

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip and it was perfect. The location is great and the apartment is in a beautiful building. The listing was perfectly clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I’m sensitive to noise and the space was super quiet too.

Bus stop 1/2 block. Uber is great app to have. Parking: metered two hour parking Mon-Saturday. 2 hour parking side streets Saturday/Sunday unlimited parking side streets Don't forget to curb your wheels even if you THINK you are on a flat street! Parking space available 1/2 block away $25 per day.
