Enjoy 13' ceilings, private marble bathroom, separate dressing/reading room , marble and mirrored bathroom. Blackout drapes There is a shared sun drenched common hallway that leads to your private suite . The walk score is rate 95 and you have everything you could possibly want by walking out the front door! We are a subtle neighborhood of fine shops, eateries and we have vintage movie theater. If you crave the hustle and bustle of lots of people it is only a few blocks away on Fillmore Street, Union Street Chestnut or NOPA. You should definitely stay here! The pictures don’t do it justice. The accommodations are spacious, classy, clean, and had everything that we needed. This is a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely street. We will definitely be back!

An absolute haven of peace and style in SF. I travel to the city alot and have tried so many Airbnbs. Springers was incredible. Everything has been thought of right down to the hair conditioner, some filtered water for the coffee machine, an adapter for my phone and good books to read. The apartment was large and even nicer than the pictures. I felt like I was going to sleep in the treetops as there is a beautiful old olive tree outside the window The neighbourhood is also very safe and very chic. I would return in a heartbeat

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Springer's place! The location was great, quiet, and safe. The space was exactly as pictured. We were very comfortable and Springer did a great job in responding to any needs in an extremely timely manner. We loved it!

Needed to stay near the Presidio and Springer’s apt checked all the boxes. The bed was very comfortable and the apt was quiet even though it was on a commercial street. Lots of restaurant choices, bakeries and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. We also walked to Golden Gate Park. While we didn’t have to interact with Springer, it was nice to know she was near by in case we needed to.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Victorian room in Pacific Heights. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful few days while I was in town for work. The space itself was both unique and charming, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. It was also extremely comfortable, and had more amenities than I’ve seen in most Airbnb stays. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serene, stylish spot in San Francisco.

The place was fantastic, the decor was beautiful, and it felt like home. Located in a lively area, it was close to attractions but still peaceful. The host was great, giving quick responses and good tips. I loved my stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!

This is always our Go-To place to stay in San Fran. The house is an architectural treasure, is beautifully restored and very clean. Lower Pac Heights is such a safe neighborhood and Springer is a delight! Jenny Hane

I've stayed at Springer's multiple times, it's always perfect. Clean, well appointed, easy to get in. I just love her old Victorian home - totally a San Francisco vibe. And Springer is a wonderful host. Very responsive. A stay here never disappoints!
