Blackout drapes There is a shared sun drenched common hallway that leads to your private suite . The walk score is rate 95 and you have everything you could possibly want by walking out the front door! We are a subtle neighborhood of fine shops, eateries and we have vintage movie theater. If you crave the hustle and bustle of lots of people it is only a few blocks away on Fillmore Street, Union Street Chestnut or NOPA. We just had a great 3 night stay at this charming spot in PAC Heights. Great location. Very quiet and safe. Walk to scores of coffee shops and restaurants. 3 blocks to the Presidio. The studio is spacious and comfortable. The host lives below, but was unobtrusive. There are a lot of stairs from Street level to the unit; it’s manageable unless you have real mobility issues. No real “kitchen”, but a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator were fine. This is an excellent choice at a VERY reasonable price. Much nicer staying here than the “tourist zone”. A short Uber to all major attractions.

The house was in a perfect location and the room was really well done. Highly recommend staying here! We were on a short work trip however, I loved it so much, I’m recommending to friends.

The Grand Lady Victorian is a gorgeous place to stay! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings, very clean and quick communication from the host. I would highly recommend this air b and b for your next stay in San Francisco.

You should definitely stay here! The pictures don’t do it justice. The accommodations are spacious, classy, clean, and had everything that we needed. This is a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely street. We will definitely be back!

An absolute haven of peace and style in SF. I travel to the city alot and have tried so many Airbnbs. Springers was incredible. Everything has been thought of right down to the hair conditioner, some filtered water for the coffee machine, an adapter for my phone and good books to read. The apartment was large and even nicer than the pictures. I felt like I was going to sleep in the treetops as there is a beautiful old olive tree outside the window The neighbourhood is also very safe and very chic. I would return in a heartbeat
